Our vision is built on a simple observation: agency teams accomplish a remarkable amount with the resources they have, but the systems supporting that work haven't always kept pace. That's not a theory we read about — it's something our leadership has seen firsthand, from inside the agencies they served before joining NueGOV.
NueGOV isn't run by a team that discovered government as a market opportunity. Our leadership has spent a combined 169+ years working in transportation engineering, public safety, and technology — much of it directly inside the agencies we now serve.
That firsthand experience is why NueGOV is built around connecting the systems agencies actually use, not the ones a generic software company assumes they have.

Founder & CEO
A licensed Professional Engineer with 23 years at Navjoy and 32 years of total industry experience, Navin founded Navjoy and leads NueGOV's mission to give public sector agencies the connected, single-pane view their teams have earned.
Bruce Coltharp
Transportation Expert
Bruce brings 13 years with Navjoy and 47 years of total transportation industry experience — enough time inside DOT and infrastructure operations to see firsthand how disconnected systems accumulate over time, and what it takes to bring them together.
Captain Gaylon Grippin (Retired)
Public Safety Expert
A retired police captain with 4 years at Navjoy and 34 years of total public safety experience, Captain Grippin brings real operational and command-level experience to NueGOV's public safety tools.
Vinod Chandran
CTO / Product Architect
With 5 years at Navjoy and 26 years of total technology experience, Vinod leads NueGOV's product architecture, translating decades of engineering expertise into software built for how agencies actually operate.
Akarsh Hosmane
Director, IT
Akarsh brings 5 years with Navjoy and 11 years of total IT experience, overseeing the technology infrastructure and team behind NueGOV's platform.
